How Law of Attraction Really Works

In the context of human experience, the law of attraction works on both conscious and subconscious level. What most human are consciously aware of is only about 3%. the rest is unconscious within which some is inherited, some may come from past life, some were picked up when you were very young or when you were in a highly receptive state so information, thoughts and beliefs went into your subconscious mind directly without being examined or filtered by your conscious mind.

There have been a lot of books, programs talking about changing your thoughts in order to change your life. However, you have have noticed that a lot of the times, it may not be as easy as you would like because thoughts come from your belief systems, most of which are unconscious to you until you start to do some serious inner-work. Thoughts that have heavy emotional charge attached to them are more challenging to change causing behavioral patterns difficult to change as well.

Diving a bit deeper, what makes changing your beliefs challenging is that you very likely picked them up when you were very young from your parents or caretakers. When you were young, you had no choice but absorb and pick up everything around you because your brain is not developed yet to perform complex tasks and weave out or reject negative thoughts, beliefs or projections. Then you go on living your life as if you aught to think, feel or behave in a certain way not knowing that there are actually unlimited ways of thinking, perceiving, behaving and living your life. Years of living your life unconsciously only consolidates your subconscious beliefs until when you see the limitation of living your life in a certain way and start to ask deeper questions such as “How can I improve my life experience?” “Why did I behave in a certain way?” “How can I change my response?” etc.

People who are awakened or are in the awakening process will be drawn to self-healing or self-development in order to understand themselves better, to heal parts of themselves that were not loved or damaged, to be their own best friend and biggest ally. When you start to put in the work in the right direction, the universe will respond and help you along by bringing you experiences and miracles better than you have expected. Everything starts with you. If you want to have better relationship with your spouse/partner, you need to take responsibility and start to examine your life first. Are you doing everything you can? Are you giving enough attention to your partener? Are you loving yourself in enough? Do you truly want to stay in the relationship or see a future with your spouse/partner? Whether the answer is yes or no, you need to be honest with yourself and make decisions and take actions that are aligned with your integrity, principles and values. When you do this consistently, either your spouse/partner will be inspired to change with you or the universe will clear the way and bring you someone who has similar intention and is a vibrational match for you.

As you keep unpeeling the onion, start to work on yourself on the soul level, start to say “YES” to your soul purpose and start to walk on your soul path consistently, the universe will bring you someone who can resonate with you on your soul level. Some people call it a soulmate relationship, but in essence, it means to be in a relationship with someone who shares great synergy and chemistry. You understand, love and care about each other deeply, help each other be the best you can and walk on your highest paths individually and collectively. However it doesn’t mean it will always be easy as life will always throw you challenges, but overall it will be a very strong, deep, meaningful, satisfying and often intense relationship.

Your beliefs, thoughts, and emotions create your reality because they not only attract circumstances that reflect them but also affect your response and reaction to various situations, opportunities and challenges in life.

So by changing your beliefs, thoughts and emotions, you can change your life. By healing your past trauma, release negative thoughts and beliefs, you are able to heal yourself, release past experiences, beliefs or doctrines that have been instilled in your mind but are no longer supportive of what you are going. Then the plateau you experience in life will be lifted, and you will be able to see and experience what is beyond your current beliefs allow you to. You will be able to experience more joy, freedom, and cultivate deeper connection with yourself and you will be able to perceive and understand people, things and situations on a deeper level and in a more truthful manner because you are not looking through filters anymore, you are seeing people, things and situations for what truly they are.

However, it has its pros and cons:

You will feel that life has more meaning and life has more colour.

You feel deeper emotions, have deeper thoughts and start to look for and attract people who are more aligned with who you are and where you are going.

You will feel a sense of community and support when you are surrounded by like-minded and like-hearted people.

You will feel you life is taking off or is accelerating.

You feel excited about life and have more tolerance for the challenges that life throws your way

You will feel happier because you are more in touch with your true being. In another word, you start to love yourself unconditionally and forgive yourself easily.

You will have more compassion for yourself and others

You will start to develop inner strength and wisdom which go hand in hand

cons:

Spiritual growth may come with some growing pains. You may start to realize who are not contributing positivity in your life and you will want to distancing yourself from them. This can be an uncomfortable phase because people tend to be drawn to what is familiar. During this time, it’s very important to surround yourself with people who truly care about you and who understand what you are going through. You need support to go through the cleansing phase. Of course, you can do this on your own, but it is easier when there is support, love and understanding around you. Besides that, you can also learn from those who have gone through similar situations as you do. Human beings are social beings, through communication and interaction with others, we gain new information, ideas, inspiration etc. that help us become smarter, stronger, kinder and learn to see things from different perspectives.

Everyday, start to do things that excite you and scare you at the same time as long as they don’t put you in any kind of danger because the goal is to open yourself to a world and experiences that are beyond your current comfort zone and not to traumatize yourself. Even in just in one year, you’ll start to see a huge amount of changes and growth!

Keep your energy and vibration high during COVID-19 lockdown

During this quarantine period, although it is easy to be influenced by negative news and remain in a state of fearfulness,  it is important to fear will never attract or manifest anything positive. It will only attract and manifest more fear. At this time of uncertainty and turbulence, it is crucial that we keep our energy high and vibrant so that negative forces can’t have any grip on us.

Looking from a different angle, being at home is a perfect time to cultivate high, pure light energy within yourself and really strengthen your light body. I have been working meditate light bodyon healing and strengthening my subtle/ energy body for the past two weeks and have released a lot of emotions and become more sensitive and mindful of the health of my subtle body. It has been amazing. I feel more peaceful, grounded and more connected to my being.

 

To help you connect with your spirituality and stay calm and peaceful inside, I have summarized some tips below:

1. Journal before you go to sleep. Write down your desires, fears, worries, confusions and ask either negatives emotions to be cleared during your dream state or answers and solutions regarding your questions be answered in whatever way that is clear to you. JournalWriting down your thoughts and feelings is a great way to clear yourself and let go of your grip on the situation. For any situation to unfold in a positive way, you must detach and let go and allow it to manifest in the way it is meant to be. When you allow and trust, it will always unfold in a way that is for your highest good and you will understand it sooner or later.  

2. Go to sleep with a peaceful mind and open heart. You can achieve this by saying a prayer, meditating, or listening to a peaceful sleep meditation before sleep. The thoughts and feelings you carry into your sleep have profound influence on your inner state. If you take resentful, hateful, angry thoughts with you in your dreams, you will wake up exhausted, depressed, angry, and unfocused. If you go to sleep with a feeling of gratitude, love and peace, you will wake up with more energy, feeling of joy and expansion. Let go of your grip or your perspective on a situation. If someone did something that upset you, just understand, it’s the way they peaceful sleepare, it doesn’t have anything to do with you. They behave in a certain way that they think is most beneficial which you may or may not agree. Repeat to yourself “I forgive you for not being the person I want you to be.” Because in truth, nobody has the obligation to do what pleases you. If you have met someone who is like you and you resonate with, know that this is a blessing and a gift and be grateful for the gift. The attitude of gratitude bring you more of what you love and appreciate.

3. Upon waking, write down your dreams, pay attention to the feelings, colours, messages, the storylines, etc. Sometimes, you may see animals, ETs, or yourself as a different person. No matter how bizarre your dreams are, write down the details as much as possible. When you go back and read your dreams in a month, 3 months, a year, you will see a pattern how your subconscious mind communicates with you and you will start to remember more and more of your dreams. It’s pretty amazing!

4. If something is bothering you, write them down. Writing down your thoughts can really help you sort through your thoughts and emotions. Sometimes, solutions and understanding of a situation can magically appear while you are writing. Pay attention to how you feel and only anchor on positive, assertive and constructive emotions so that your energy/subtle body stays strong.

5. Observe your thoughts and emotions rather than letting them control and affect you. You are much bigger than your thoughts and emotions which are just some aspects of you and they can change constantly. light bodyObserve your thoughts and emotions and let them go. Don’t try to hold on to any of them whether you perceive them as good or bad. Be more fluid, and things in your life will unfold more quickly. That’s why so many people find the famous quote from Bruce Lee “Be like water.” inspiring.

6. Use our time and energy mindfully and choose who you spend your time with consciously. Create an environment for yourself that is nurturing and supportive of who you are and what you want to become. Don’t be afraid to say no. If people don’t respect your choices, they don’t deserve to be in your life. You don’t want to give your precious time and energy to somebody who doesn’t respect you. Do not give up part of yourself just to keep the peace or avoid conflict. Your vibration and the quality of your inner state are your highest priority.

7. Other people are your mirrors. What you like or dislike in a person is a reflection of yourself on some level. Universe gives us challenging situations to help us grow. Challenging situations are perfect opportunities to look within to heal our wounded self and release what is no long needed for our highest good. Everything evolves. Allow yourself evolve naturally and organic without putting external restrictions on yourself. Then you can really witness and be amazed by the grand plan your soul and the divine has for you.  and .

8. Have fun! Laughter is the best medicine. You can heal a lot through laughter and allow your inner child to come out and play. inner childThis is when you are able to reintegrate parts of yourself that have split off during stress times. Healing doesn’t always have to be heavy and challenging. You can heal during deep sleep, watching a movie, playing sports, music, artistic and creative endeavors etc. It important to connect and love your inner child because it is essential in the process of manifestation and your connect to spirit. Once you are able to love and accept all parts of yourself and love your inner child, you will have so much spiritual power, strength, insights and understanding. You will see and understand people and situations so much more clearly that nothing will bother you anymore and you will know exactly what is the right thing to do in every situation.

Three Aspects to Permanent Growth in Life

As you consciously choose to grow spiritually and set the intention be embrace the authentic “you”, you may start to notice your day-to-day choices may be based on a lot of fear based emotions. The activities you consciously or unconsciously engage with may have a lot of addictive nature such as checking emails, messages, reading magazines, tabloids news etc. in order to feel some level of excitement or fulfillment. This type of addition can really disconnect with your inner feelings, intuition and soul wisdom. Ask yourself, are you able to embrace solitude? Do you really treasure the time you spend with yourself? Do you allow yourself to feel and accept your true feelings and hold compassion for them or are you afraid of them and feel the need to run away from them, suppress them or distract yourself by busy doing something?Image result for spiritual growth The external life circumstances are really reflection of your inner world. If you dis-associate with your true feelings and desires internally, you will find it very difficult to stay authentic with the external world too. Before you can truly be vulnerable with yourself, accept yourself for you are right here, right now and love and respect yourself no matter what, you will always feel the need to modify yourself when you meet the outside world, because the way you judge yourself is the way you think the world will judge you.

There are three aspects to self-love which you really master that can tremendously improve the quality your inner and outer experiences.

1) Love:
Love is only thing that is real and is hold everything together. Fear is an illusion created by our ego. That’s why many spiritual teachers define fear as false expectations appearing real. To solve any problem in life, ask yourself “What choices that lead you closer to love and peace?” AImage result for true lovelso love cannot be defined. Everyone experience and express love in different ways. Love is not just a concept. It’s a force but it’s also a feeling. Love is gentle. Love is passionate. Love is creative. Love is courageous. Love heals. Love challenges. Love frees. Love always tell the truth. Spend some time alone and ask yourself, what makes your heart really sing even if nobody knows or sees? What are you naturally drawn to? What would you do if money is not the problem? What would you do if you know anything is possible? Close your eyes and let go all of your thoughts, emotions and preferences and allow the wisdom of your souls to show your true purposes, qualities and paths through gentle knowingness or flashes of insights. To some people, it may come as images or voices that are so distinguishable yet familiar because they resonate with your souls on multi-dimensional levels.

2. Truth

In a world that almost everybody concerns with their outer appearance more than their inner qualities, it can be difficult to see the importance of being truthful and honest. Image result for spiritual truth
However, as you evolve spiritually and desire more love and meaning in your life, you start to see that being completely honest with yourself and accepting life for what it is and trusting the workings of the universe is the only way to stay sane and grounded in this ever-changing world where illusions and duality are the true obstacles that we need to overcome. Spend some time alone and examine exactly how you feel about what you are going through in life. If judgments and self-critical thoughts surface, let go of the thoughts and pay attention to the emotions, feeling or energy beneath them. Breathe deeply in your diaphragm and as you breathe out, set the intention to align your heart, mind and spirit to be one with the ultimate truth and be a channel to allow divine energy wash away all the false beliefs, limiting emotions and feeling etc. that can be let go at this moment. As you keep practice this for at least thirty days, you will start to notice more positivity, clarity, confidence and peace in you

3) Vulnerability/ Humility

Vulnerability and humility go hand in hand. Having the vulnerability to face your fears and the humility to honestly examine your life are essential for deep rooted growth and changes. Vulnerability and humility are also vital in the process of letting go of your personal judgments and releasing the resistance to your truth paths. When you are flow of life, your desires, intentions and longings can be manifested in miraculous ways which take you to wonderful places you have never been to both internally and externally. Vulnerability and humility are both prerequisites and enhancer for experiencing more true love in your life. As you allow yourself to be vulnerable and humble, you consciously accept the enteral oneness that connects all people, things, and experiences. As you consciously integrate this truth and energy into your daily life, you will start to experience more harmony, peace, joy, love and gratitude. You will feel less need for other people’s acceptance and be connected with your true power.

Healing with Sagittarius Full Moon (Part I)

Full Moon in Sagittarius takes place on May 29 2018 in the Northern Sphere and May 30 in the Southern Sphere. It’s a dynamic and fiery full moon. Most people feel its effect three days before and after the actual full moon takes place.  So if you experience emotional discomfort or inner turmoil, understand it’s one of the ways that your souls purge and let go of what is outgrown and create space for the new and what is more suitable to support where you are now.

Holding this awareness in your mind and your heart can really help you stay detached from victim mentality, blame, and other types of drama or power struggles. Truly it is not what happens to you that creates your future, it is your intention and how you respond to circumstances that create your current and future internal and external experiences.  So whenever you feel agitated, upset, or any other negative feelings, consider stopping what you are doing, breathing, and slowing down the rhythm to create a peaceful inner space. Then affirm: Even though I feel ________, I choose to completely love, respect and honor myself. In this way, you make a conscious choice to be more rooted in your true essence and observe emotional disruptions as clouds in the sky which you know will pass at the right time. You never worry about if the Sun will ever come out again. You know that the weather will change and the Sun will eventually come out. The same applies to emotions and physical realities. The law of cause and effect states that everything in the Universe responds to what you think, how you feel, what your true intentions are and what actions you take. So as you shift your inner world, you will see a shift in your outer world as well. As you become more awakened, you will have the increasing awareness that everything is a mirror for us in some way to help me learn and grow and reach our full potential in this physical world.

As a particular emotion surfaces, welcome it like a great friend and just be with it, put your hands over your heart and ask what does this particular emotion needs. It may tell you that it needs more love, more compassion, more connection or more joy or laughter. Learn to trust your inner guidance (it’s usually very gentle, soft, loving and positive) and start to make conscious changes in your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in the direction you desire. Soon you will realize that as you are building a bridge between where you are now and where you would like to be, your physical world also start to shift in the direction you desire.

Human beings have amazing and inexhaustible abilities and potential to achieve our goals and create unbelieve realities. Whether you can achieve your potential, all depends on which image of yourself and the voice in you that you choose to connect to and live by. If you see yourself as a people pleaser, you will always do what other people expect of you and never really find out what you truly want. If you see yourself as a victim of life, you will always find power, strength and decisiveness too far to reach. If you see yourself as a conventional person, you will always follow cultural norms and never question if they are beneficial for societal progression and if they are for your highest good.

On the other hand, if you see yourself as a person who speaks and acts in truth and justice, you will not be lured into pleasing anyone because you see personal freedom and self-repect as most important and when you understand to respect yourself, you will give others the respect that they deserve as well.

If you see yourself as a powerful creator rather than a victim, you will go within and summon your inner wisdom, power and strength to make the best possible decisions out of any situation rather than giving up half way or blaming others for hardship because you understand that you participate in creating everything in your life and how you feel about anything in your life is totally within your control.

If you see yourself as a powerful, free human being who is meant to live by their purpose and bring knowledge, wisdom, freedom and inspiration to the world and is not meant to blindly follow any convention created by society, you will live your life with purpose, determination, gratitude, joy, creativity and love that will touch so many people in this world and inspire them to get out of their shell and be free.

Dream The Impossible, Achieve The Incredible

The journey of success, joy, abundance starts with you taking the first step to bring light, value, power, and positivity into your life and people around you. It’s true that you can not control others’ reaction and you don’t have to. They may not understand or appreciate what you are doing for yourself and the world at this moment because everyone is on a different level of understanding. It doesn’t mean they are less then you are. It only means you are ahead of them and they will come to understand what life is all about in their own time. Also everyone has free will to decide and choose what they want to believe in. If you feel you need others’ approval to start doing what you desire, then you have to look at where your insecurity comes from because if you are truly strong and confident inside, you will not take offense if others disagree with you. In contrast, you would really listen to what they are trying to say and see if there is a point to it. And usually there is, because everything that universe brings to you is for your improvement and advancement, but it depends your level of understanding to comprehent it and your perception to interpret it .


What’s really important is how you feel about what you do and how you live your life. No one else can have the same experience as you do because they are not you. Even if they want to, it is not possible because everything they see, hear, feel and experience is filtered by their unique perception.

So how do you feel about your life? Do you feel excitement, joy, sense of accomplish, determined, and living your purpose? Or do you feel limited, frustrated or even angry because you are struggling among coming to terms with your past, pleasing other people and finding your own power and purpose? Whatever you are struggling with, feel it, acknowledge it and let it go. Let yourself start a new way of living your life and start to believe the imposible can be accomplished.

Positivity, Patience And Persistence Are Keys To Miracles

No matter how negative a situation seems to be, it can always be turned around into something beautiful and meaningful. It may not be easy or it may take a long time. But if it’s something that you desire and truely believe in, it will be worth the effort because the peacefulness, joy, gratitude and sense of accomplishment you gain afterwards are imcompareable and the lessons you have learned along the way can benefit you for the rest of your life.

It’s important to always hold best intentions at heart. If there are inner conflict and resentment in you that prevent you to be positively  in a situation, deal with those negative emotions first because you can’t escape your own thoughts and emotions and they will filter everything that comes into your awareness. If you keep suppressing negative thoughts and emotions instead of acknowledging them, bitterness will become part of you and the consequencial pain will consume you. So clear and let go of your negativity first so that you can see love and truth in that situation rather than believing in false illusions created by your tainted awareness. Then you are able to carry out positive actions in a very natural manner as actions are physical reflections of your inner state.

Everything is moving and changing. So never think that a certain situation can not be changed. If you consistantly change your attitude and actions, it will affect other people and the situation will certainly change but you have to have the will to initiate it and do something about it rather than waiting for someone else to do it for you or a fairy tale miracle to happen.

Never think that what you are able to do now is not enough. Do not judge yourself by comparing your starting point with someone elses’ finished results. Long-lasting changes are never easy to make and they are not mean to be done in just one day. If you can not do extraordinary things, do small things in an extraordinary way. Do something positive everyday about a situation you want to change whether it’s personal or worldly, be consistent and persistent at it.  You will be surprised what it can mount to overtime. When you look back, you will be so happy about and proud of the decisions you have made and the things you have done.
